The Comillas Town Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Entity”) provides its Cookie Collection and Processing Policy in accordance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

This Cookie Policy applies to users who voluntarily visit the websites of the Comillas Town Council, fill in data collection forms, access the tools made available by the Entity to manage its services, or use any other service on the website that involves the communication of data to the Entity or access by the Entity to such data in order to provide its services.

Who Uses the Information Stored in the Cookies?

The information stored in the cookies on our website is used exclusively by the Comillas Town Council, except for:

· Google Analytics cookies, which are used and managed jointly by Google and the Entity for statistical purposes.

· Payment operation analysis cookies, which are generated only during a purchase and analyzed by an external company to ensure security and validation of the transactions.
