From both Barcelona and Valencia you can get to Benicarló via the AP-7 (exit 43 (Peñíscola-Benicarló). You can also use the N-340.

From the north of Spain you can take the A-68 and N-232 to Vinaròs and link up with the N-340.

From Sant Mateu, Cervera del Maestrat and Càlig the CV-135.
