Processing of personal data


The personal data provided in the contact form will be processed by the Department of Tourism of the City Council of Benicarló, in accordance with European and state regulations on the protection of personal data, in its capacity as Data Controller, with the aim of managing and attending to the requests for information and doubts made in this document.Web page.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the explicit consent given by you by entering into this application document.

The data will be kept as long as the relationship with Benicarló City Council is maintained and its deletion is not requested by the interested party. However, the data may be kept, where appropriate, for archiving purposes of public interest, for scientific and historical research purposes or for statistical purposes.

The data will be transferred to public or private entities, to which it is necessary or mandatory to transfer them in order to manage your request, as well as in the cases provided for, according to the Law.

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Limitation, Portability or, where appropriate, Opposition. For these purposes, you may submit a written request in person at the Entry Registry of the Hon. Benicarló City Council: Calle de Ferreres Bretó, 10, 12580 Benicarló, Castellón.

The letter must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and, if applicable, submit a written document in person, you must show your ID card or equivalent identification document. In the case of acting through a representative, legal or voluntary, you must also provide a document that proves the representation and an identification document of the latter.
